Dispatch
Gin is now sold directly through Joseph Barnes Wines Direct in Saffron Walden. Please refer to Joseph Barnes Wines Direct website for terms and conditions. Please contact Joseph Barnes if you have any queries regarding your gin order.
Usual dispatch for all non-alcoholic orders is within 5 working days of completed payment if ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday. Please allow an extra couple of days during busy periods.
All non alcoholic items are sent first class. See details below. Please contact us at info@englishsaffron.co.uk if you need a non- alcoholic item extra quickly and we will do our best to help!
Postage will be calculated automatically once you add your items to the basket and add your postcode.
Delivery
Non-alcoholic Products
First Class Postage is between £1.10 and £5.00 depending on your order. You can calculate your shipping on your basket or checkout page. Items are posted as First Class Royal Mail who aim to deliver the next day after dispatch. Please note we are using Myhermes at present which will take a little longer for delivery.
International Delivery exc. UK
Items in our shop are currently not available outside of the UK
If ordering as a gift please let us know in the comments and we will not include your receipt!
Payment
We accept all payments through Paypal or Square. You can either pay using your credit or debit card or straight through your paypal account.
Payment is due at the same time as making an order. Any items not paid for within 3 days will be canceled and re-listed
